Very conveniently planned on the occasion of Freshconex/Fruitlogistica, the world largest event related to fresh-produce and fresh-produce convenience, it offers a great opportunity to further enrich the expo experience with high-quality training.

The Course will start on Monday afternoon (February 6) in order to give participants time to fly to Berlin in the morning; it will go on through Tuesday morning and afternoon (February 7), and will end on Wednesday morning (February 8) just in time to start visiting the Expositions.

 

 

The program is designed for individuals from the fresh and processed fruit and vegetable industry and will be of interest for food scientists, food engineers, quality assurance personnel and new product development staff. The course also is valuable to representatives from R&D, students, Institutions, food companies, and suppliers (packaging, plant materials, equipments).
